About
Tree Fort Youth Program offers after-school programming throughout the academic year and structured day programming during the summer for teens and young adults ages 14-22 with developmental disabilities. Teens take part in museum outings, cooking classes, structured activity at 4 campuses, career oriented training and events, sports and athletics, picnics, park outings, art classes, and more.

About the provider
The Opportunity Tree began offering a Youth Transitions Program, Tree Fort!, in 2018. Its mission is to provide quality individualized supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in dynamic and innovative environments.
The program is for students who are still in school but are approaching a time when they will be exiting school and moving on to the next phase of their lives. The organization is closed on federal holidays.
