Adventure Days are described as ideal for kids aged 5–11 and typically coincide with school holidays. Fall Break Camps at BP Tempe are available to youth ages 4–12 and include S.T.E.A.M activities and team-building exercises. SBP Summer Camps for ages 11–15 are geared towards youth who want to build climbing skills and fitness, and SBP Summer Camps for ages 6–10 are week-long camps during the summer months. Some days offer an option to do a joint parkour and climbing adventure. A 1:5 ratio allows instructors to get to know each child and make sure their needs are met, and extended care is available until 6pm for Adventure weeks and Summer Adventures. Demand for youth programs and camps often exceeds the number of available spots, and sign-ups are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Summer Adventures are described as the most popular kids program for certain locations.

The team members are all experienced climbers and educators, with a focus on youth development. The leadership team includes Shiloh Sumrall (General Manager), Matt Lucas (Operations Manager), and Jonah Phung (Programs Manager). The program’s curriculum is designed to reduce stress, ease the intimidation of heights and falling, and make climbing approachable in a fun and supportive way, and it emphasizes that the goal is not to be the best climber in the world, but to love climbing and love doing it with one another.
