About the provider
Altadena Academy of Music & Arts has served Pasadena and Altadena families and adult students since 2003. The academy says it is dedicated to nurturing creativity, discipline, and confidence through exceptional music education, and it offers multiple low-pressure performances and recitals throughout the year for students to show what they have learned to family, friends, and the public.
All make-up classes are private lessons, not group classes. Lessons are month-to-month with no long-term contracts or semester minimums. Parents may sit in on their child's lesson anytime they like. Recitals generally take place during Spring (March), Summer (June), Fall (October), and Winter (December - Christmas Holiday Recital).
