YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles – Youth Development, Camps & Preschool Programs

YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles – Youth Development, Camps & Preschool Programs offers activities that include swim lessons, swim safety lessons, sports, fitness activities, recreation, youth programs, afterschool programs, summer camp, day camps, overnight adventures, and family-friendly camp experiences with rustic fun. The program also includes play-based learning in licensed early childhood centers that use a developmentally appropriate curriculum, along with mentoring a teen, leading a class, civic leadership activities such as debating policies and drafting bills, and collaborating with peers through California YMCA Youth & Government at various YMCA locations statewide. Families and community members can also take part in senior fitness classes, senior classes, community events, food distribution, volunteering, and holiday support.

• Ages: 0–17 years old
• Schedule: Preschool program options are available Monday–Friday, generally between early morning and late afternoon or early evening, with weekend closures at listed preschool sites.
