Tahquitz Summer Camp has the tagline “Making Memories for 100+1 Years.” The 2026 payment schedule includes a standard deposit of $25 per camper due January 31, a first payment of $250 per Scout due February 1, a second payment of $250 per Scout due April 1, and a third payment with the balance due on June 1. The 2027 payment schedule includes a Loyal Unit Deposit of $250 per troop due July 31, a standard deposit of $500 per troop from August 1–January 31, a first payment of $250 per Scout due February 1, a second payment of $250 per Scout due April 1, and a third payment with the balance due on June 1. The program states that deposits once placed are non-refundable. If a Scout is unable to attend camp, the camp can refund all but $25 for requests made prior to June 1. After June 1, the camp can refund all but $100 for a Scout who cannot attend due to verified injury or illness documented by a medical doctor, a death in the family, or relocation of the family outside of the area, and requests for refunds after June 1 must be directed to the Tahquitz Director. The camp states it is unable to honor refunds for any fees once the troop arrives at camp, or if a Scout or leader leaves camp before the week has ended, and it will provide a full refund if the council must cancel the camp program due to outside circumstances. The camp notes that it reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to the event if economic conditions dictate. The leadership team includes Andy Long as Summer Camp Director and Kevin Folkerts as Council Program Director, LBAC.
