iTennis, Inc. was founded in 1998 by former U.S. Junior National Champion, Stanford All-American, and Wimbledon competitor John Letts. John Letts graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law in 1994, practiced intellectual property law for four years, and entered into his first community contract with the City of Pasadena in 2002. In 2009, John Letts partnered with former top ten player and 1980 Australian Open Champion Brian Teacher, and they are co-owners of the Andulka Park Tennis concession in Riverside. Brian Teacher serves as Master Director of Tennis for all iTennis facilities, helping to manage and improve the standard of iTennis instruction, and iTennis is described as having 18 years of experience in tennis programming. iTennis is a federally registered trademark owned by iTennis.

iTennis’ sister nonprofit, Let’s Teach, expands opportunities for kids to learn tennis and pickleball through free and low-cost programs. iTennis also provides consulting to parks and recreation directors or program managers to assess tennis programs and make recommendations for improvement.
