Plaza Production One Mobile Dance Programs offers dance and performing arts classes that include hip hop, creative movement, ballet, princess dancing, dance for musical theatre, beginning modern dance, acrobatics and tumbling, cheer, African dance, tap, jazz, youth creative movement, fencing, and Zumba. The program also offers mobile dance classes and mobile dance parties, themed birthday parties, virtual dance classes, and dancing for special needs students.

Plaza Production One has been bringing dance programs and movement classes to children and seniors since 1984, and has been offering virtual dance classes to families and schools all over the US since March 2020. Weekly classes are taught by professional dance instructors, and an annual recital gives children a chance to showcase what they have learned for their parents and families. Plaza Production One Mobile Dance Parties bring professional dance instructors to a party location to lead a dance activity, and Golden Bods classes are forty-five-minute total body conditioning sessions designed especially for seniors.
Owner and Director Jeannette Sermak-Proulx holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the California Institute of the Arts, a Bachelor of Arts in English/Dance from Loyola Marymount University, and a Polish Folk Dance Teaching credential from Bursa Szkol Artystynych Lublin, Poland, and has directed Plaza Production One since its inception in 1984. Executive Assistant Jessika Betschart, on staff since October 2021, is a 2020 graduate from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in Dance and Business and a teaching Dance Certificate. Other staff include Aracy, who holds an AA degree from Santa Monica College; Jennifer Hagan, who holds a BFA in Dance and Talent from Touring in New York and has been on staff since 1995; Jennifer Donaldson, who has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California Irvine; Natalie Cottrell, who holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles and has been on staff since September 2022; and Ashley Douglas, a Siemens scholar who received a B.A. in Theater Studies at Yale University and has published robotics research.
Plaza Production One provides special dance programs for area schools and organizations and has been providing Golden Bods dance and movement classes for senior centers. Since March 2020, online dance classes have offered the same genres with the same teachers as the mobile dance classes. According to Foothill Montessori School in Tustin, CA, Plaza Production One has taught their students ballet, tap, hip hop, and character dancing and has presented an annual performance at their Christmas program for almost ten years, and the school describes the instructors as pleasant, able to handle young children ages 3–7, and the company as easy to deal with with very reasonable costs.
