• Ages: 3–5 years old
• Schedule: Soccer 3–5 Years meets for 30 minutes once per week for 8 weeks; Tiny Tots Soccer + T-Ball 2–3.5 Years meets for 30 minutes once per week for 8 weeks

In the Soccer 3–5 Years program, activities introduce children to soccer while building coordination, social skills, confidence, and practicing turn taking, patience, and following directions. This program places emphasis on sportsmanship, turn taking, and team building, and it introduces concepts such as field boundaries, scrimmaging, and ball handling. The Tiny Tots Soccer + T-Ball 2–3.5 Years class spends the first 4 weeks on soccer and the last 4 weeks on t-ball, with added emphasis on gross motor skills, social skills, and academics such as colors and shapes. In these sports programs, children learn through a series of games and activities that are tailored to be developmentally appropriate for young children.

Little Leapers supplies all equipment for the Soccer 3–5 Years and Tiny Tots Soccer + T-Ball programs, and each child in these programs receives a custom Little Leapers jersey with their name and number on it. There is also a photo day or photoshoot day where individual and group photos are available for purchase. At the end of each program, each child receives a certificate and medal. Children of all levels, ages, and abilities are encouraged to play, and the organization states that it strives to achieve inclusivity for all children in its programs and has welcomed children of all abilities, including those with autism, cerebral palsy, Downs Syndrome, mutism, and speech delays.

Little Leapers was founded in 2018 by Cheyenne Little and serves thousands of children each year across California, Texas, and Idaho. Instructors undergo extra training to learn how to engage with children of all abilities and to help make goals tailored to each child’s individual needs. Coaches are made up predominantly of stay-at-home parents, young moms, students, and women, and the organization promotes lucrative wages, self-determined schedules, and open communication for staff. The stated goal is to serve instructors, students, and families equally and across as many communities as possible, with a belief that all children should be given the opportunity to experience sports and recreation programs early in their development, supported by efforts to maintain affordable rates and inclusive curriculum. With community service as a core value, Little Leapers targets small and rural communities where recreational activities are scarce, especially for the preschool age group.
