The program includes Jr. Academy options and Jr. Sports Academy activities that use structured simple activities, individual and team building challenges, and small-sided competitions.

• Ages: 4–14 years old

The program partners with the National Academy of Athletics (NAofA) to instruct many of its summer camps. According to the mission statement, at NAofA the number one goal is that each child has fun and that coaches bring out a positive change in every participant. The coaches are hand selected for their ability to work with and motivate young athletes, and they use inspiration, motivation and perspiration as part of the camp experience. Some camps, such as Jr. Academy Soccer Camp and Junior Academy Teeball, specifically state that they are tailored to children ages 4 to 6 years and focus on age-appropriate, active, and educational experiences, including the basics of teeball and early sports fundamentals. Participants in baseball and softball camps are asked to bring their own glove.
