Youth & Teen Classes

Youth & Teen Classes offers a range of activities, including Beginning Sewing, Little Ones Tap/Ballet, Young People's and Adult Performing Arts (YPPA), a Babysitting Certification Class, several Solano Lions Intro to Cheer options, Preschool Hip Hop, Kids Hip Hop, Tween Hip Hop, Cheer & Dance Team Prep, and Online Driver Education. In Young People's and Adult Performing Arts (YPPA), participants train in acting, singing, and dancing and then perform in a full musical production. Online Driver Education is a DMV-approved online Driver Education course for teens and includes a certificate, and it does not include any driving hours.

The Solano Lions Intro to Cheer (Cubs) class is for ages 3–5. The Solano Lions Intro to Cheer (Paws) class is for ages 6–9. The Solano Lions Intro to Cheer (Pride) class is for ages 10–13. The program is led by Dominguez Dickerson, Recreation Manager.
