Youth & Teen Dance Programs includes classes in Tae Kwon Do, self-defense, sewing, acting, singing, dancing, babysitting, cheer, pom routines, stunts, hip hop, modern dance, dance team prep, and online Driver Education. The program offers a brand new class centered around the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do and self-defense, with an opportunity to test up in belt rank. Participants can also train in acting, singing, and dancing and then perform in a full musical production, learn babysitting skills for siblings or paid jobs, join Solano Lions Cubs Cheer (Ages 3–5), Solano Lions Cheer (Ages 6–9), and Solano Lions Cheer (Ages 10–13), take Kids Hip Hop and Tween Hip Hop with a final recital, and train like a pro in a dance team prep class. Teens can enroll in a DMV-approved online Driver Education course that can be completed anytime, with a certificate included and no driving hours included in the course.

Students are asked to bring water to class and dress in comfortable clothing to move around in. Participants are asked to notify the instructor of any injuries or limitations that may affect their ability to safely perform the techniques so the instructor can work to accommodate. The program leadership includes Dominguez Dickerson, Recreation Manager. The online Driver Education course is DMV-approved.
