Albany-Berkeley Soccer Club offers recreational soccer teams, competitive soccer through its Lightning Program, Travel Rec soccer, First Touch Academy classes, soccer camps, a Winter futsal program, a Girls Skills Clinic, and both referee and Junior Referee programs. The Lightning Program is a year-round competitive environment, Travel Rec U11–U19 teams compete in the Jack London Youth Soccer League in Fall and Spring, and Winter Travel Rec teams compete In-House in the Albany-Berkeley Soccer League. First Touch Academy runs in Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer, and ABSC also runs soccer camps during the summer, spring, and on select school holidays, with camps open to boys and girls of all skill levels ages 4–18 years, and a Winter futsal program that focuses on sharpening foot skills, improving game decision-making ability, and staying fit during the off-season.

Executive Director and Director of Coaching (DOC) roles are held by Toney, with Michael serving as Travel Program Manager (Competitive & Rec-U11+), Erin as Recreation U4–U10 Co-Registrar, and Priscila as Project Manager.
Parent and guardian feedback includes comments from Simon, a former ABSC parent, describing his two sons’ involvement since age 5 as players, referees, and then coaches. A.D., a new ABSC parent, reports that a 1.5-hour Girls Skills Clinic led a 10-year-old with no prior organized sports experience to look forward to the next clinic and first game and to make a new friend. Julio, a long-time ABSC parent, notes over a decade of involvement as a volunteer coach and parent of a grassroots referee, and describes moments such as a U7 final where both teams celebrated together. Mitthai C., a team winter participant, states that ABSC Futsal was a highlight for the kids on last year’s team and describes the skills coaches, courts, and environment as excellent, with kids looking forward to the next winter session.
