California Bears Youth Hockey Club offers youth hockey through team play, the Bear Cubs ADM Program, clinics, and camps. The program also runs specialized options such as the 2026 Prep Camp Spring Program, the 2026 Goalie Post-2-Post Program, and the LITTLE KINGS – LEARN TO PLAY HOCKEY PROGRAM. The California Bears Youth Hockey Club is a non-profit organization and is one of the oldest hockey clubs in California, first charted by the state in 1964. The club offers SCAHA A/BB/B and Tier II (AA) teams and provides a goalie-specific Post-2-Post Program. The club describes itself as a family friendly club that promotes sportsmanship and good citizenship in the community.

The leadership team includes Peter Torsson, Hockey General Manager and Director, and 12UA, 14UAA(2), 16UAA Head Coach; Erik Lektorp, 14U AA (1) Head Coach and Director of Player Development; and Andy Gevorkyan, Bear Cubs ADM Director and Head Coach. Additional coaches and staff include Roman Nashenko, 8U A1 / 8U B2 Head Coach and Club Goalie Coach; Johnny Park, 12U AA Head Coach; Armen Bubushyan, 10U A Head Coach; Trevor Vanmierlo, Assistant Coach; Rustin Rashidi, 10U BB Head Coach; and Robert Kolar, 10U B Head Coach. Goalie-focused leadership includes Dan Tamkin, Post 2 Post Coordinator, and Robert Kucheraway, Club Goalie Coach. The club states that its coaches are dedicated to empowering every player with the tools needed to reach their full potential, regardless of age or skill level.
