Tutu School Berkeley

Tutu School Berkeley offers Baby Ballet, Tutu Toddlers, Exploring Ballet, and Primary Ballet Prep classes, along with Ballet Storytime. The program also offers Bravo Bash, Tutu Camp, and ballet birthday parties. Classes and events include storybook-themed experiences that use the stories of famous classical ballets and musical scores from the classical repertoire, and a free trial class is offered.

Ballet Storytime highlights beautiful ballets and musical scores from the classical repertoire and promotes positive, confidence-building messages for students. On the Ballet Storytime stage, kindness wins, love is celebrated, and courage often shows up in a tutu. Bravo Bash is Tutu School’s twist on a traditional recital and a magical introduction to the stage for tiny dancers. Through dance, children refine motor skills, develop poise, and cultivate confidence. The mission of Tutu School states that every child should know what it feels like to dance, with confident creativity and the pure joy that comes from exploring music and movement as foundational principles. The community at Tutu School Berkeley includes Tutu parents, teachers, and students who believe in ballet, in kindness, and in coming together to nurture the big dreams of tiny dancers.
