Summer Camp eligibility is determined by the most recent school grade level completed, and care is also available on a space-available basis during program hours for Hourly Care.

Children are supervised by qualified staff who receive ongoing training. The stated goal of the program is to support youth development by offering high-quality programs and building positive relationships with peers and caring adults. The Teen and Youth Center is a member of the Boys and Girls Club of America and a 4-H affiliate, and the Before and After School Programs offer a place for children and youth to engage in activities that promote and develop positive values, community contribution, reinforce educational skills, promote physical fitness, and explore career development.
