Marin Dance Theatre

Marin Dance Theatre offers training in classical ballet and contemporary dance, along with performance opportunities. The program also includes Pilates & Injury Prevention, Adaptive Dance, Ballet Birthday Parties, and the Parkinson's Dance Project as part of its activities.

Marin Dance Theatre’s mission is to nurture and sustain the art and technique of classical ballet and contemporary dance for students of all ages through training and education, choreography, professionally staged performances, and community outreach programs. The staff aims to provide a nurturing and physically healthy environment that supports discipline, cooperative work, a sense of community and personal achievement, and an appreciation of dance, music, theater, and related art forms, with a philosophy of open, honest communication and support. Marin Dance Theatre has a team of professional teachers who are described as experienced and at the top of their field, providing excellent and personal guidance. The organization serves students from all over the Bay Area and offers expansive community outreach programs.
