Brisbane AYSO Region 1344 offers youth soccer programs under the American Youth Soccer Organization. The program follows AYSO’s mission of providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives. Families involved with Brisbane AYSO Region 1344 are part of a broader organization that runs events such as the AYSO 2023 National Games at the Great Park in Orange County from July 24–30.

Brisbane AYSO Region 1344 is connected to the AYSO PLAY! program and the Return to Play Guidance microsite. The region is part of AYSO during the period when AYSO partners with BEEUP Snacks as the Official Fruit Snack Partner for the 2025–2026 season. The leadership of AYSO includes Michael Karon, President of AYSO, who was recognized by Stack Sports for his impact in the world of sports volunteering. AYSO also works with Chicago Public Schools to enhance youth sports programming through this partnership.
