Golden Fist Martial Arts & Fitness

Golden Fist Martial Arts & Fitness offers Kids Martial Arts for kids and teens, with beginner classes at 4 PM and intermediate classes at 5 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The program also offers free trial class and unlimited classes for $99 per month. Beginners are welcome, and instruction is adapted to experience and current ability.

About the provider

The program is led by Sifu Jonny Blu, who has more than 30 years of martial arts training. He is the founder of Golden Fist™, holds a black belt instructor degree in Core System Chuan Fa Martial Arts, is a certified practitioner of Tui Na massage therapy, is included in The Kenpo Continuum, Volume 2, and is recognized by the Whipping Willow Association of Grandmasters as a Black Belt and Black Sash Instructor.
