Vilanova Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, including both gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The program also includes self-defense techniques, self-defense workshops, and Muay Thai, with all classes led by a BJJ Black Belt. Every class is taught by experienced black belt professors in a clean, modern academy equipped with top-grade mats and amenities.

Vilanova Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was founded in 2016 by Alberto “Beto” Vilanova, who has over two decades of training under some of the world’s top instructors. The academy’s leadership team includes Alberto “Beto” Vilanova as Founder/Director, Robson Rezende as Professor and Muay Thai Coach, Talita Nogueira Rezende as Professor, and Liz Exell as Professor.
