Vilanova Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, self-defense techniques, self-defense workshops, and Muay Thai classes. The program includes classes taught by experienced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructors and offers one-on-one instruction in addition to group classes.

Vilanova Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was founded in 2016 by Alberto “Beto” Vilanova. The leadership team includes Alberto “Beto” Vilanova as Founder/Director, Robson Rezende as Professor and Muay Thai Coach, and Professors Talita Nogueira Rezende and Liz Exell. Every class is taught by experienced black belt professors and is led by a BJJ black belt. The academy states that it is committed to empowering individuals through the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and that it fosters discipline, confidence, and resilience in a supportive community while welcoming students of all skill levels.
