Bay to Bay Volleyball Club offers a range of volleyball activities, including Summer Camps, Small Group Sessions, Local Training Groups, Intro Youth Clinics, a Beach Club, Grass Volleyball, Thursday Grass Clinics, Travel Team Skills Practices, and Middle Blocker Small Groups. The program also uses a specific uniform kit that includes a Team Issue Jersey Set, White Game Socks, and Baby Blue Game Shorts.

Bay to Bay Volleyball Club was founded in 2000. Its stated mission is “Developing quality young men through the sport of volleyball,” and its founding principle is to develop quality young men through the sport of volleyball. The club identifies itself as NorCals Boys Only Club and notes that it has nearly 600 athletes training within the program on a yearly basis. Bay to Bay Volleyball Club describes itself as more than a club and as a community of athletes, coaches, and parents striving for the best.
The leadership team includes co-Directors Arielle Houlihan and Matt Houlihan, Assistant Club Director Mason Tufuga, Director of Operations Kyle Chamberlain, and Director of Human Performance (and snacks!) Daniel Rasay. Coaching roles include: Mason Tufuga as head coach of Bay to Bay 18-1, with Marty Ross as assistant coach of Bay to Bay 18-1 and Jalen Suwa as assistant coach of Bay to Bay 18-1's; Ryan Sullivan as head coach of Bay to Bay 18-Premier with John Alexander as assistant coach of Bay to Bay 18-Premier; and Arielle Houlihan as head coach of the 17-1's team and assistant coach for the 16-1's team.
Staff credentials include: Arielle Houlihan, who played collegiate volleyball at University of the Pacific; and Matt Houlihan, who studied Sport Management and Business at University of the Pacific, played collegiate volleyball there, and was a 3-time MPSF-All Academic Team member. Mason Tufuga played Division 1 volleyball at Stanford. Marty Ross played collegiate volleyball at University of the Pacific and UC Irvine and finished his collegiate career at UC Irvine, where he also served as a volunteer assistant coach. Daniel Rasay played collegiate volleyball at University of Hawaii, where he won a national championship, and coached at Stanford University for over a decade, winning another national title in 2010. Jalen Suwa is an assistant coach for his alma mater, Division III UC Santa Cruz. Ryan Sullivan is Junior Varsity Head Coach at Bellarmine College Prep and a former Varsity coach at Los Gatos High School. John Alexander played collegiate volleyball at NYU.
Bay to Bay Volleyball Club reports over 27 National Championships and 150+ alumni competing in college, and notes that the club has national recognition. The club highlights that Matt Houlihan guided 17 teams to a top-5 finish or better at Junior Nationals, including 2 Gold Medals, 4 Silver Medals, and 6 Bronze Medals. Her results include leading Bay to Bay 18-1 to a Bronze finish at the AAU National Championship in 2025, leading Bay to Bay 17-1 to a 17-Open AAU National Championship in 2024, assisting Bay to Bay 18-1 to a Silver medal finish in 2022, and leading Bay to Bay 16-1's to a Bronze medal finish in 2021. She was Head Coach of the 2018 17-Open National Champions and has two silver medals (2018 Assistant with 15-1's and 2017 Assistant with 12-1's) and one bronze medal (2016 Assistant with 12-1's). Mason Tufuga’s coaching results include a Bronze medal finish in 2025 with Bay to Bay 16-1, a Bronze medal finish in 2022 with Bay to Bay 17-1, assisting the 2018–19 Bay to Bay 15-1's to a 15-Open Bronze medal finish, and winning BJNC Gold with OCVC in 2016.
