About the provider
NorCal Flag Football was founded in 2010 in San Jose, California, and the 2026 Fall Season marks its 54th official season. Each location is operated directly by the league founders, board members, or founding family members. The league uses volunteer coaches, and most teams are coached by parents whose children participate in the league. Families can request teammates such as friends, classmates, or siblings during registration, and those requests are encouraged but cannot be guaranteed. The league offers all-girls divisions for every age group and says it has the largest playoff tournament in Northern California.
