Carlsbad Dance Centre is a member of the Association of Dance Conventions & Competitions (ADCC), the San Diego Dance Alliance (SDDA), the National Dance Association (NDA), and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance (AAHPERD). It is also a member of ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC for music licensing.
The program follows policies that include a make-up lesson policy with limits and a 30-day usage requirement, a class add procedure that requires an evaluation slip signed by the teacher, and a class or studio drop procedure that requires an in-person visit or online form by the 25th of the month. Students are instructed not to leave after class without a cover-up over their dance clothing, and there are rules of no cell phones or texting during class and no gum, food, or drink in the studios.
