About
Summer Enrichment Camps offers more than 60 weeklong, half-day enrichment camps that include activities such as art, robotics, gaming, Summer Math Jam, Beginning & Advanced Robotics, and Camp Galileo. Students enrolled in both a morning and afternoon camp in the same week have a supervised lunch period from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., and they are required to bring a packed lunch.

The mission of Summer Enrichment Camps is: “We fuel innovation in Carlsbad public schools, supporting teachers, programs, and learning experiences that shape students’ futures.” All proceeds from the program help fund enriching experiences in Music, STEAM, and innovation for every Carlsbad public school student. The program offers financial assistance for Enrichment Camps and Summer Academy, with tuition assistance discounted based on financial need and availability. Families can receive a 10% Early Bird Discount on all enrichment camps when registered by April 30, and a Combo Camp Discount allows them to save $75 per week on Summer Adventure when a student also attends an Enrichment Camp during the same week. Camps are age appropriate, with grades listed referring to the student’s grade in Fall 2026.
