"Arts by the Sea" Camps and Classes include Summer Classes & Tours and a Summer Camp. The program is connected with a free concert series that takes place on Saturdays during the summer months from 6 to 9 p.m.

In 2021, the Board of Directors created a three-year Strategic Plan for the Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center’s mission and revisits and modifies this plan each year, as it did in August 2022. The Center’s mission is “Creating a vibrant community through the arts.” It is a mission-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The organization collaborates with other nonprofits, community organizations, and the business community to build relationships and deliver the arts. It serves the community by providing a venue for creative arts education, exhibition, and appreciation, and by providing a city-center location for the community to gather. It encourages the cultivation of visual, performing, literary, and culinary arts.
