Farm to Table is a five-hour drop-off Homeschool Support program where children take part in Language Arts, Math, History, and Sciences along with additional classes such as IEW writing, Marine Biology, Art, Gardening, Bee Keeping, Debate, Theater, 4H, Science, Nature Studies, and seasonal cumulative group projects. The program is inspired by one-room farm schoolhouses and the Little House series by Laura Ingalls Wilder, with children from TK–8th grade all learning together in one space and taught by one teacher as the inspiration. Children of differing ages learn together and help each other learn core subjects including English Language Arts, Math, History, Science, and Arts while learning outside in a natural environment alongside their peers.

Farm to Table is a multiple subject and multiple grade level homeschool support and elective program that meets five days a week at Carp Children’s Farm. The spring 2025 semester runs 18 weeks from January 6 to May 23, with days off from April 7–18, and the fall 2025 semester runs 15 weeks from August 25 to December 12, with days off from November 24–28. The program is part of Lanterns Global Inc., a Non-Profit 501C3 whose mission is to support domestic and international projects focused on empowering current and future generations through educational, physical, and social means. Carpinteria Children’s Farm describes its work as cultivating educational and farming experiences where community, wonder, and beauty inspire growth on 3.5 acres of farming and animal grazing lands. The program is led by highly qualified, caring teachers.
