Thrive STEAM Enrichment includes activities such as water slides, water games, and running through sprinklers, along with building forts and playing capture the flag. The program offers hands-on science experiments, engineering challenges, team-building games, gardening, meeting friendly animals, and creating art with leaves and flowers. Campers also take part in basketball, soccer, relay races, painting, bracelet-making, building with clay, story time, puppet shows, and sensory play.

Thrive STEAM Enrichment is described as Chico's Premier Camp Choice for Kids, Chico's choice for school break camps, the only drop-in summer day camp, and offers self-directed, child-centered summer and school break camps where campers get to choose their own adventures. Thrive offers enrichment activities and is not a school nor a childcare, and it offers Summer Camp and School Break Camp for ages 5–11.
