Arsenal Soccer Camps offers a soccer camp that includes structured soccer training sessions and play in real-game situations such as small-sided games, full-sided games, and work on positioning. Each day is divided into a morning session and an afternoon session focused on these soccer activities.

All successful coaches at Arsenal Soccer Camps undergo internal club training that gives them the knowledge and understanding to implement the Arsenal Football Development Philosophy and teach the Arsenal Way, and their training continues through ongoing professional development events. The program is part of Arsenal Football Development, whose academy is led by Per Mertesacker, and the coaching team tailors the Strong Young Gunner model to the audiences they work with, focusing on champion mentality, effective team players, efficient movers, and lifelong learners. Players at the camp learn the methodology from the Arsenal academy, learn to Play the Arsenal Way, and develop on and off the pitch, with the program described as going beyond football development and translating into everyday life. Campers receive an Arsenal Football Development certificate of completion, and Arsenal will invite players who take part in the camps to London to participate in unique UK soccer clinics hosted by the club, which are described as providing the ultimate soccer player experience and allowing players to develop at a higher level under official Arsenal Football Development coaches.
