Arsenal Soccer Camps offers soccer camp days that include soccer training sessions and real-game situations such as small-sided games, full-sided games, and work on positioning. Training sessions are derived from the Arsenal academy at Hale End, and players follow the Arsenal Football Development methodology known as “Play the Arsenal Way.” Training groups are created based on age, level, skill, and ability, and the camps welcome players from beginners to high-performance athletes.

Arsenal Soccer Camps are summer camps for kids and are described as an exclusive opportunity for boys and girls ages 6 to 16 to experience the methodology of one of the world’s most historic clubs. Players learn the successful methodology from the renowned Arsenal academy and receive an Arsenal Football Development certificate of completion. Arsenal will invite the players who take part in the Arsenal Soccer Camps to London to participate in unique UK soccer clinics hosted by the club, where they can train under official Arsenal Football Development coaches. All successful coaches at the camps undergo internal club training to implement the Arsenal Football Development Philosophy and teach the Arsenal Way, and they continue their training through ongoing professional development events.
The Arsenal Football Development philosophy is built around the Strong Young Gunner model, which emphasizes four development areas: Champion mentality, Effective team players, Efficient movers, and Lifelong learners. The academy leadership is described as being led by Per Mertesacker. Since being founded in 1886, the club has built a legacy of attractive football, passionate support, and pride in nurturing players who embody the club’s values.
Soccer Camps Pro is the global sports management company involved with these camps, and it designs, manages, and executes sports projects that create a positive impact on society while delivering value to its clients. All players must wear the official Arsenal camp uniform kit, which is purchased during registration and worn at all times while camp is in session. Families are instructed to pack cleats, shin guards, gloves for goalkeepers, water, sunscreen, and a lunch box in a cooler, as lunch is not provided, and daily water and hydration are supplied to campers.
