East Bay Gymnastics

East Bay Gymnastics offers Preschool Gymnastics, Recreational Gymnastics, co-ed Gymnastics & Tumbling programs, Open Gym, Summer Camp, parties, special events, camps, meets, rental space, Gymnastics in Spanish, and Cheer/Dance. The program also offers Workout Wednesday for ages 6 years and above and a Pop and Play drop-in class for preschoolers aged 0–5 years old. Families can also use the East Bay Gymnastics App for anytime, anywhere account access.

Since 2010, East Bay Gymnastics has been dedicated to helping young athletes grow into confident, disciplined, and resilient individuals who thrive far beyond the gym walls. Its mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and dynamic environment where athletes are encouraged to dream boldly, overcome challenges, and achieve their fullest potential, while building exceptional gymnasts, shaping future leaders, instilling life skills, and igniting a passion for excellence that lasts a lifetime. The program is now under new leadership.

East Bay Gymnastics offers Workout Wednesday for ages 6 years and above, Pop and Play as an engaging drop-in class experience for preschoolers aged 0–5 years old, Gymnastics in Spanish, and occasional play nights on Saturdays from about 4pm–9pm. The program partners with Marriott Hotel and Travel Packages.

Parent feedback notes birthday parties with a variety of activities that kept children happy and entertained. Parents report that children enjoy their gymnastics classes and that staff are kind and helpful. One parent describes the coaching as impressive and says the program feels like a little family, with classes that are easy to watch from the chairs and very well run. Another parent shares that a child started in recreational gymnastics and then joined the team, with supportive coaches and girls forming a tight bond with each other.
