East Bay Gymnastics offers Preschool Gymnastics, Recreational Gymnastics, Open Gym, Summer Camps, Competitive Gymnastics, Pre-Team Gymnastics Program, and a Developmental Competitive Program Team. Preschool Gymnastics is listed for ages 0-5 years old. Open Gym includes Workout Wednesday for ages 6 years & above and Pop and Play for preschoolers aged 0-5 years old.

Programs

• Preschool Gymnastics — 0-5 years old · An innovative program designed to empower students with gymnastics and tumbling skills in a secure, nurturing, and enjoyable environment.
• Recreational Gymnastics — Progressive recreational program focused on encouraging, safe gymnastics and tumbling lessons. Offers Gymnastics & Tumbling (co-ed) programs.
• Open Gym — 0-5 years old; 6 years & above · Workout Wednesday for ages 6 years & above or Pop and Play for preschoolers aged 0-5 years old.
• Summer Camps — Summer camps are here at East Bay Gymnastics.
• Competitive Gymnastics — 5 to 7 · Includes the Pre-Team, USA Gymnastics Women’s National Development Program, USA Gymnastics Xcel Program and USA Gymnastics Acrobatic Program. Year-round competitive team through coach invitation.
• Pre-Team Gymnastics Program — 5 to 7 · Specialized program for exceptional gymnasts aged 5 to 7. Enroll with a recommendation from Competitive Team Coaches.
• Developmental Competitive Program Team — USA Gymnastics Level 3 through Hopes/Elite Athletes & TOPs · Team program for athletes who train in preparation for representing East Bay in competitions nationwide.

Its credentials and awards include the USA Gymnastics Women’s National Development Program, USA Gymnastics Xcel Program, USA Gymnastics Acrobatic Program, numerous State & National Titles, and Academic & Athletic College Scholarships.
