Arista leads Kids Warrior Fitness as the ninja instructor and is the founder of Arista's Jump Start Gymnastics, LLC and the developer and teacher of Kids Warrior Fitness classes. She was a competitive gymnast as a child and has over 20 years of experience teaching kids gymnastics. Arista started Arista's Jump Start Gymnastics, LLC in 2002, and in 2017 she became involved in the sport of Ninja Warrior, which led to developing and teaching Kids Warrior Fitness classes. The stated mission is to help kids cultivate courage, confidence, and character one obstacle at a time while increasing their physical, social, and character growth and channeling their inner ninja warrior, in an environment described as positive, uplifting, comfortable, and safe. She is described as loving being involved in her community and sharing her passion for movement with kids.

Parent testimonials describe following Arista to different teaching locations over several years and note that some children have attended her classes for over three or four years. Parents report that she demonstrates each move, adapts to each child, and looks for new ways for them to have fun while watching out for safety. They describe her as kind, encouraging, positive, and focused on correct and safe skills, and they mention that courses and obstacles change and that new equipment is added. One testimonial states that she encourages children’s social development while they develop gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength, and that she prepares them for success in school by building listening skills, following instructions, sequencing, and spatial orientation, with confidence and self-esteem described as flourishing under her direction.
