About

Kids Warrior Fitness offers daily warrior fitness classes and entry-level ninja warrior fitness classes inspired by the show “American Ninja Warrior.” The program also hosts birthday parties and Friday Drop Off Ninja Nights that use obstacle course-based activities to build strength, balance, focus, problem-solving, agility, and more. Classes take place in a ninja studio that includes climbing and grip strength stations, monkey bars, swinging rings, balance obstacles, quad steps, a 6 ft and 10 ft warped wall, and a buzzer at the end of the course.

• Ages: 2–12 years old
• Schedule: Class and coaching options are available Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with additional Friday opportunities between 3:15–8:00 PM and a Friday Ninja Night from 5:30–8:00 PM.

Kids Warrior Fitness states that its mission is to help kids cultivate courage, confidence, and character one obstacle at a time while increasing their physical, social, and character growth and channeling their inner ninja warrior. The program is a small owner-operated business led by Arista, who is the ninja instructor, founder of Arista's Jump Start Gymnastics, LLC, and the developer and teacher of Kids Warrior Fitness classes. Arista started Arista's Jump Start Gymnastics, LLC in 2002, discovered the sport of Ninja Warrior in 2017, and then developed and began teaching Kids Warrior Fitness classes, with materials carrying a 2021 copyright. Arista was a competitive gymnast as a child and has more than 20 years of experience teaching kids gymnastics, and she enjoys being involved in her community and sharing her passion for movement with kids.

Parents describe following Arista to different teaching locations over several years and say their children have continued in her classes for three to four years or more. In their testimonials, parents say Arista demonstrates each move, adapts to each child, looks for new ways for them to have fun while watching their safety, and changes courses and equipment regularly. They also say she encourages social development, gross motor skills, coordination, balance, strength, listening skills, following instructions, sequencing, and spatial orientation, and they describe her as kind, encouraging, positive, and gifted in her approach with children.
