Ultimate Sports Connection Camps and Classes

Ultimate Sports Connection Camps & Classes offers activities such as Tiny Tumblers Preschool Summer Camp, Gymnastics Camp, Recreational Gymnastics, Tumbling/Acrobatics, Competitive Team Gymnastics, and Open Gym Time. The program also offers Fine Arts & Learning options that include singing, music, dancing, shapes, numbers, colors, and letters, along with Snack, Story Time (reading). Additional options include Kids' Night In/Parents Night Out, birthday parties, school field trips, corporate team building, partner cheer programs, year-round classes, adult classes, and special events.

• Schedule: Program hours are available on weekdays and Saturdays, with options in the morning, afternoon, and evening; Tiny Tumblers Preschool Summer Camp is a two-hour program.
• Price: $45/day for Tiny Tumblers Preschool Summer Camp for non-members; Ultimate Sports Connection members receive a 10% discount.

Tiny Tumblers Preschool Summer Camp is specifically designed for children aged 3–5 who are potty trained. The program offers Recreational Gymnastics Trial Classes for ages 6–12 years, Preschool/Kinder Gymnastics Trial Classes for ages 3–6 years, Home School P.E. Trial Classes for all ages, Tumbling Trial Classes for ages 6–12 years and up, a Developmental/Pre-Team Gymnastics Program for ages 3–7 years, and Competitive Girls' Gymnastics Teams for ages 5 and up. Camps are offered weekly and on Saturdays, and Open Gyms are available for young kids and adults.

Ultimate Sports Connection is led by co-owners and head coaches Abra Slater and Monica L. Subieta. Coaches are described as highly experienced and positive, and they put safety first. Abra Slater holds several USAG certifications, including Meet Director and Safety, and is CPR certified. Monica Subieta holds USAG certifications in Junior Olympic Team Coaching, Safety and Risk Management, SafeSport, Pre-school Fundamentals, Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction and Skill Evaluation, and is also certified in CPR.

The program’s stated vision is to guide each athlete as they uncover and cultivate their unique strengths and talents through commitment to high caliber training, safety, and sportsmanship. Ultimate Sports Connection was established to develop strength in both the mind and body of today’s youth through sports, while cultivating self-confidence and discipline to better serve and engage with the community around them. The program highlights values of Unity, Strength, and Character.

Ultimate Sports Connection notes unique features such as a 23,000+ square foot clean, spacious, climate-controlled facility with state-of-the-art equipment, onsite owners and management, skilled and experienced coaches, fun, skill-focused classes, a wide range of gymnastics experience, a safe, fun, and clean environment, amazing camps, Kids' Night In/Parents Night Out offerings, Open Gyms for young kids and adults, and camps offered weekly and on Saturdays. The program is described as the Best Gymnastics Center in Bay Point, California.

In terms of credentials and awards, Spirit Of The Flame is described as an internationally known gymnastics competition in its 19th year. Abra has worked with several Olympic coaches, including Dick Mulvihill, Linda Metheny, and Mark Young, and is an award-winning choreographer. Monica served as the TOPs State Manager for Texas. In community involvement, Abra participates in multiple Muscular Dystrophy events and founded the Hawaii Gymnastics Foundation, whose mission was to further, and make affordable to all, the sport of gymnastics.
