Ultimate Sports Connection

Ultimate Sports Connection offers activities that include singing, music, dancing, and early learning with shapes, numbers, colors, and letters, along with snack and story time with reading. The program includes gymnastics and tumbling options such as recreational and competitive gymnastics, tumbling and acrobatics, gymnastics camps, open gym time, and a Tiny Tumblers Preschool Summer Camp that runs as a two-hour program for potty-trained children ages 3–5. Families can also choose from year-round classes, partner cheer programs, Kids' Night In/Parents Night Out events, birthday parties, school field trips, corporate team building, special events, adult classes, and open gyms for both young kids and adults.

Ultimate Sports Connection is led by co-owners and head coaches Abra Slater and Monica L. Subieta. Coaches are described as highly experienced and positive, and they put safety first. Abra Slater holds several USAG certifications, including Meet Director and Safety, and is CPR certified. Monica Subieta holds USAG certifications in Junior Olympic Team Coaching, Safety and Risk Management, SafeSport, Pre-school Fundamentals, Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction and Skill Evaluation, and is also certified in CPR. The program’s vision is to guide each athlete as they uncover and cultivate their unique strengths and talents through commitment to high caliber training, safety, and sportsmanship, and it was established to develop strength in both the mind and body of today’s youth through sports while cultivating self-confidence and discipline to better serve and engage with the community around them.

Abra participates in multiple Muscular Dystrophy events and founded the Hawaii Gymnastics Foundation, whose mission was to further, and make affordable to all, the sport of gymnastics. Ultimate Sports Connection notes features such as a 23,000+ square foot clean facility, onsite owners and management, skilled and experienced coaches, fun and skill-focused classes, wide gymnastics experience, a safe, fun, and clean environment, and camps described as amazing. The program references Unity, Strength, and Character, and notes that it has been seen on Facebook, Yelp, Visit Concord, and more. Spirit Of The Flame, associated with the program, is described as an internationally known gymnastics competition in its 19th year.
