The Music Factory offers guitar lessons, piano lessons, voice lessons, and drum lessons. The program offers a 30-day risk free period for music lessons. Drum lessons use The Music Factory's drum method book and testing program, and guitar lessons use an original guitar lesson method book with comprehensive progress checks. Piano lessons include students’ favorite songs, and students can take lessons in person, online, or in their home.

The Music Factory has been a music school in Orange County since 2006. All drum teachers in Costa Mesa have real life performance experience. The program uses a cloud-based learning management system and a Music Factory books and testing program for a well-rounded music education. Students can earn points for attendance, performance, and practice, and redeem those points for prizes in the store. The program includes student testing and rewards, awesome events and recitals, and multiple opportunities for students to perform in public through performance events. One parent shared that the instructors are “cool and hip,” and that their child enjoys learning guitar and being part of the concerts, and highly recommends The Music Factory.
