Praia Kids Martial Arts Programs include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, NoGi, Kickboxing, Strength & Conditioning, Muay Thai (pads only, no contact), fitness activities, fitness and agility games, team challenges, games, sparring (Gi/NoGi), supervised free play, light games, stretching, quiet activities, warm-up games, and team challenges with character development. The Praia Summer Camp 2026 program also includes a kids competition class and camp activities as part of its daily structure.

• Schedule: Praia Summer Camp 2026 – Week 1 runs Monday, July 13, 2026 to Friday, July 17, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with optional after care from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM offered as a weekly option.
• Price: Praia Summer Camp 2026 pricing is $350 for the full week (9:00 AM–1:00 PM), $100 for a single day, 15% off siblings from the same household in the same week, and $75 per child for the weekly after care rate. Adam Wardziński seminar pricing is $100 for Praia members and $125 for non-members.
