Grow with Me ECE Preschool and Childcare Center

Grow with Me ECE Preschool and Childcare Center includes activities such as Interactive Circle Time with songs, books, letters, numbers, puppets, musical instruments, finger play songs, colors, shapes, calendar, questions, and movement. Children take part in science projects, baking, art, table time, group activities, and free play. Reading takes place inside, outside, individually, and during circle time.

• Ages: 0–5 years old
• Schedule: Open Monday through Friday, 7am–5pm, with an infant room from 7:30am–4:30pm; full day is 8.5 hours and half day is 8:30am–12:15pm

In August of 2020, Grow with Me ECE began as a large family childcare in Petaluma, and on August 1st, 2022, it opened as Grow with Me ECE Preschool and Childcare Center after finding a property in Cotati. The program is led by Owner and Director Leanne Nelmes. Its mission states that it uses a holistic approach to teaching that emphasizes physical, emotional, and psychological well-being, with play-based learning through daily experiences, imagination, and experimentation, and a creative curriculum that supports the California Learning Foundations, along with freedom of choice and teaching independence, responsibility, and kindness. The program also uses Jewish values of Chesed (loving kindness), Kavod (respect/honor), and Kahillah (community).

Grow with Me ECE mostly aligns with the Petaluma City Schools year-round schedule and identifies as Penngrove Panthers. The program participates in the Healthy Apple Program, which is designed to improve the nutrition, physical activity practices, and environment of childcare facilities, and each year Grow with Me ECE takes home a medal in nutrition and physical activity that is displayed on site. Full-day enrollment includes 2 healthy snacks, and half-day enrollment includes 1 healthy snack.
