STAR Eco Station Camps

STAR Eco Station Camps include activities such as Educational Outreach Field Trips, Museum on Wheels, walk through exhibits, birthday parties, weekend tours, private tours, environmental meetings, animal rescue, summer camp, childcare services, field trips, private events, and Eco Summer Camp. The program takes place at the STAR ECO STATION Environmental Science Museum & Exotic Wildlife Rescue Facility and uses MERV-13 air conditioning filters, which are described as hospital operation room grade.

• Schedule: Summer camp and childcare services run from 9 am to 3 pm, with guided public tours starting every hour from 10 am to 4 pm and field trips offered on weekdays from 10 am to 12 pm.
• Price: Field trips cost $12 per child and $14 per adult visitor with a $200 minimum, with one free adult per 10 children for groups of 40 or more (20 child minimum), and a maximum capacity of 120 people per field trip.

STAR Eco Station Camps operate as part of STAR Eco Station, which is a division of STAR Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization. The program also notes community involvement through its 23rd Annual African American Art Festival.
