JAG Gym offers gymnastics classes, competitive gymnastics teams, parties, camps, Jungle Jym-tastics, Gem-tastics, Flips, NinJAGs, Ninja Gym, Learn 2 Flip, and Private Instruction. The recreational programs follow three tracks called Jungle Jym-tastics, Gem-tastics, and NinJAGs, and the Gem Squad offers an accelerated gymnastics experience with all levels, twice weekly. JAG Gym offers over 200 classes each week, and all programs are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.

JAG Gym offers gymnastics classes for children from 6 months through 18 years. The girls’ team program offers training by age, level, and goals, and the program also offers competitive gymnastics teams. JAG Gym serves over 2,000 families each week.
JAG Gym was founded in 2004 by Anne Josephson, who is the founder of JAG Gym. JAG’s Advanced Recreational Instructor/Competitive Team Coaches are expected to have additional gymnastics coaching or instructing experience working with advanced gymnasts, and familiarity with advanced skills, drills, conditioning exercises, and technique is described as a definite plus. The stated mission of JAG Gym is “We do good things for kids!”
