Los Angeles Cooking School Youth Programs offers hands-on classes and workshops that include a Kids Summer Cooking Camp and a Teen Summer Cooking & Baking Series. The program also includes a 20-Week Cooking Series and recipe-focused activities such as “Fresh Summer Salads for Your Fourth of July Table” and “Smaller Menus, Smarter Cooking: What Restaurants Are Teaching Us About Eating Well at Home.” Each class is designed to build confidence in the kitchen while students learn fundamental techniques using seasonal ingredients.

The mission of Los Angeles Cooking School Youth Programs is to inspire creativity, confidence, and connection in the kitchen in a supportive environment where cooking is accessible, fun, and inclusive for all students, regardless of their skill level. Instructors teach fundamental techniques using seasonal ingredients to give students a solid foundation and a lifelong love of cooking.
