Zooga Yoga

Zooga Yoga offers Little Monkeys, Tiger Cubs, Yogi Bears, Mighty Pandas, Kickin Ninjas, Warriors, Teen Zooga, and Family Zooga. Classes include yoga with an adult, yoga with an adult optional, yoga and martial arts in a non-contact class, and yoga for kids and adults together. Each listed class is 45 minutes.

Programs

• Little Monkeys — 18 months – 3 years · Yoga with adult. All skill and experience levels welcome. 45 minutes.
• Tiger Cubs — 2 1/2 – 5 years · Yoga with adult optional. All skill and experience levels welcome. 45 minutes.
• Yogi Bears — 3 – 6 years · Yoga. All skill and experience levels welcome. 45 minutes.
• Mighty Pandas — 4 – 8 years · Yoga. All skill and experience levels welcome. 45 minutes.
• Kickin Ninjas — 3 -8 years · Yoga & martial arts. Non-contact class. No experience necessary. 45 minutes.
• Warriors — 7 – 11 years · Yoga. All skill and experience levels welcome. 45 minutes.
• Teen Zooga — 12 – 17 years · Yoga. All skill and experience levels welcome. 45 minutes.
• Family Zooga — walkers – 8 years · Yoga class for kids and adults together.

About the provider

Reservations are required for all classes, and ongoing class enrollments are available. If a student does not de-register for class, the program states that the student is considered a no-show and is charged for the class. If a student is on a waitlist, the program sends an auto email or text when a spot opens, and the student must confirm the request if moved into class. If there is no BOOK button, the class and waitlist are both full. The program page says all locations are individually owned and operated.
