About
Leapstart's Creative Hands Crafts Studio is a five-day, hands-on art camp for children ages 4.5–11, thoughtfully designed with age-appropriate activities and guided participation. This immersive creative experience invites young artists to explore, experiment, and express themselves across multiple art forms—building skills, confidence, and imagination along the way.
A Studio Where Ideas Come to Life
From bold brushstrokes to tactile clay work, campers create with intention and joy. Each project is designed to strengthen fine motor skills, encourage creative thinking, and help children feel proud of what they make.
What Campers Will Create
Painting & Color Play
Explore brushes, textures, and color mixing to produce expressive, one-of-a-kind artworks.
Clay & 3D Creations
Shape and mold clay into imaginative sculptures while learning the basics of form and structure.
Mixed Media Projects
Combine paper, yarn, fabric, and recycled materials to design unique, layered art pieces.
A Supportive Creative Environment
Led by experienced instructors, sessions are encouraging and flexible—meeting each child where they are and helping ideas take shape.
End-of-Camp Art Showcase
The week concludes with a mini exhibition where campers display their favorite pieces for family and friends—a celebration of creativity, effort, and growth.
