Insight Education offers college admissions counseling, middle school counseling, transfer admissions, college counseling for international students, and graduate school admissions. The program also provides SAT and ACT classes, SAT Boot Camp, test prep and tutoring, 1:1 tutoring, and support in all science subjects through AP level, including Chemistry, Chemistry Honors, and AP Chemistry. Students can work on SAT and ACT preparation as well as other academic subjects through test prep and tutoring services.

Insight Education was founded in 1999 by a dedicated team of Stanford graduates and has advised thousands of students and their families since its founding. The organization states that its mission is to provide professional guidance and support to students and families as they navigate high school and prepare for college, with a focus on individualized service tailored to each student and family. Its leadership team includes Senior College Admissions Counselors Meilin Obinata, Chelese Belmont, and Priya Singh, Head of College Counseling Purvi Mody, and Associate College Admissions Counselor Jason Katz. Staff credentials listed include degrees from UCLA, Harvard, Smith College, the University of California Santa Cruz, Stanford, and Princeton in fields such as applied mathematics, education, chemistry, mechanical and aerospace engineering, and aeronautical and astronautical engineering.

Insight Education notes that it has worked on 29,100 essays with students and that 3,910 students have worked with Insight so far. It states that 100 of its students get accepted to at least one of their target schools. The program reports working with students locally, throughout the United States, and internationally. Insight Education is a member of the National Association of College Admissions Counseling (NACAC).
