Rock-it Science is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization providing hands-on science instruction to children. The organization operated under the name Rock-it Science Educationally Useful Programs, Inc. from at least 2009–2019. Leadership has included Mr. Mac (John McChesney), who is listed as a former Director.

Starting in the fall of 2023, Rock-it Science began sharing a campus with the A-Team Homeschool Community, which offers a variety of homeschool classes at the same location, and the Rock-it Science schedule and calendar are coordinated with A-Team to make taking multiple classes in a single stop easier. In fall 2023, Rock-it Science opened a new classroom space that allows the use of equipment such as Tesla coils and Van de Graaf generators, and makes it possible to set up lab tables and chairs and provide better access to materials to follow the interests and suggestions of students.

Parents describe Rock-it Science as a program where John McChesney presents each lesson in the context of a story and then has kids do hands-on experiments. Parent comments mention that classes include a variety of elements, chemical reactions, experiments, fun stories, real world issues, safety lessons, tools, techniques, character building exercises, and social interactions. One parent notes that children at Rock-it Science are not told the expected outcomes of experiments so they can experience the thrill of their own discoveries, and another parent reports having one child in classes for five years and then enrolling a younger sibling, with both children especially enjoying the experiments and stories.
