About
Leapstart's Young Culinary Masters Camp is a five-day, hands-on cooking and baking experience for children ages 4.5–11, designed with age-appropriate instruction and guided participation. This camp introduces young chefs to the joy of preparing food while building confidence, creativity, and essential kitchen skills in a safe, structured environment.
A Flavor-Filled Week of Learning
Each day blends practical cooking skills with playful experimentation. Campers measure, mix, assemble, and decorate as they explore recipes from different cultures and learn how ingredients come together.

Baking Foundations
Learn core baking skills such as measuring, mixing, and following simple recipes while preparing kid-friendly treats.
Flavors from Around the World
Explore global cuisines—such as Mexican, Italian, or South Indian—through simple, approachable dishes and new ingredients.
Smoothies & Shakes Lab
Create healthy, flavorful drinks while experimenting with taste combinations and balance.
Pizza & Cupcake Design
Build and decorate personalized pizzas and cupcakes, encouraging creativity across savory and sweet recipes.
Team Cooking Challenge
A fun, collaborative challenge where campers apply their skills, practice teamwork, and present their final dish.
Learning in the Kitchen
Guided by experienced instructors, children work in a supportive, safety-focused setting that emphasizes cooperation, independence, and pride in their work.
End-of-Camp Culinary Showcase
The week concludes with a tasting-style showcase where campers share their favorite creations with family and friends—celebrating effort, learning, and a week well spent in the kitchen.
