Tal’s Patisserie Camps, Classes & Parties

Tal’s Patisserie Camps, Classes & Parties offers summer baking camp, baking classes, and Caregiver & Me baking classes, as well as birthday parties. The program also offers event catering, Jewish event catering, dessert bar catering, and corporate/Realtor tea party birthday parties. In addition to camps and classes, Tal’s Patisserie serves breakfast and lunch and offers baking classes for both children and adults.

In 2012, Tal opened Tal’s Patisserie, which has expanded to include breakfast and lunch, classic Israeli catering, and baking classes for both children and adults. All classes, birthday parties, and camps are taught by Tal, who has been a teacher for over 10 years and is a mom of three. The bakery manager and head chef, Jessica Vargas, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with degrees in Business and Pastry. Tal builds her catering, cake, and cafe menus with inspiration from Mediterranean, French, and Israeli cuisine. The program uses all-natural eggs, real butter, organic flour, and local produce, and each day the staff makes all-natural pastries by hand. Tal’s Patisserie describes itself as a place where the community comes together to talk, laugh, learn, and enjoy breakfasts, lunches, pastries, and sweets, and states a community focus, commitment to natural cooking, and trustworthy service.
