Tal's Patisserie, opened in 2012, is led by owner Tal Sendrovitz and Bakery Manager Jessica Vargas, who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with degrees in Business and Pastry. The patisserie is known for its all-natural pastries made by hand and its commitment to natural cooking. It has become a neighborhood staple with a strong community focus.
