Tal’s Patisserie was opened in 2012 by owner Tal Sendrovitz. The leadership team includes Tal Sendrovitz as Owner and Jessica Vargas as Bakery Manager and Head Chef. Jessica graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with degrees in Business and Pastry. Tal’s Patisserie states, “When I moved to America, I made it my mission to bring the warmth and community from my homeland Konditoria to my new home of California.” The program describes Tal’s as “a place where the community comes together to talk, laugh, learn, and enjoy incredible breakfasts, lunches, pastries, and sweets.”

Classes, birthday parties, and camps are all taught by Tal, who is described as a teacher for over 10 years and a mom of 3. The program states that these offerings are always fun, informative, hands-on, and delicious. Tal’s Patisserie reports that it uses all-natural eggs, real butter, organic flour, and local produce for everything it makes, and that it serves only all-natural pastries made by hand to maintain the authenticity of its ancient inspiration. The pastry shop has expanded to include breakfast and lunch, classic Israeli catering, and baking classes for both children and adults. Tal builds her catering, cake, and cafe menus with inspiration from Mediterranean, French, and Israeli cuisine. Some of Tal’s favorite bakes include Israeli and Jewish delicacies such as Hamentaschen, Rugelach, Bourekas, and Babkas, while some of Jessica’s favorite bakes include Custard Tarts, Chocolate Mousse Cakes, and Challah Bread.
