The U10 program primarily consists of 3rd and 4th graders (coed), plays tackle rugby with uncontested scrums, no line-outs, and no conversion kicks after a try is scored, has unlimited substitutions with 10 players on a side, and may provide an Oaks-based internal league as player numbers permit and may have travel teams selected for away games. The U12 program is primarily for 5th and 6th graders (coed), plays tackle rugby with uncontested scrums, contested line-outs, and no conversion kicks after a try is scored, and has unlimited substitutions with 12 players on a side. Boys Middle School plays full tackle rugby with 8-man scrums, contested line-outs, and conversion kicks after a try is scored under Rugby Union Laws, with unlimited substitution and 15 players on a side. Girls Middle School plays 7 a-side rugby with full tackle, 3-man scrums, contested line-outs, and conversion kicks after a try is scored under Rugby Union Laws, in a tournament format with multiple 7s games being played during the day, with unlimited substitution and 7 players on a side.
