Danville Sea Devils offers Summer Swim Team, Spring Clinics, Fall Swim Team, Little Devils, Private Lessons, and Group Lessons. The Summer Swim Team is a recreational summer swim team focused on stroke technique, a competitive swim environment, teamwork, and sportsmanship. New swimmers 7 and under are evaluated for team readiness before the season, and the team also serves swimmers of all ages and abilities.

About the provider
Danville Sea Devils was founded in 1983. It is a nonprofit recreational swim team whose mission is to provide swimmers with opportunities to develop important life and swimming skills while competing with other swimmers in the community. The Leadership Team includes coordinators, directors, and coaches, and volunteer parents and the Leadership Team manage operations. The program is part of the Valley Swim Association, and meets are primarily against other VSA teams throughout the San Ramon Valley and surrounding communities.
All new swimmers age 7 and under are evaluated for team readiness before the start of the season. Evaluations assess the ability to swim 25 yards of freestyle and 25 yards of backstroke unassisted. If a swimmer is not ready, a full refund will be given. The team and all meets are run by parent volunteers, and each family is required to fulfill volunteer credits during the season. Participation in summer swim meets is obligatory. Bullying or harassment is strictly prohibited.
