Camps and Classes for Kids in Davis, CA

Begins Thursday, April 3, 2025 - Saturday, May 31, 2025. Teams meet on Thursdays 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM & Saturdays 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.

Put on a show! In this 2-week camp, each student will receive a speaking role in a short play and be guided through the entire theatrical process from auditioning to performance. Work together on building confidence and team-work skills, vocal projection, line memorization, physical acting skills and explore basic costuming & set construction.

Peregrine Elementary School offers a variety of enrichment classes. Classes are open to ALL, students do not need to be enrolled at Peregrine School.

This camp will teach basic fundamentals through team and individual drills as well as scrimmages. All levels stress teamwork, sportsmanship and fun! Participants will receive a camp T-shirt. Please arrive early the first day of camp to check in and receive your child’s T-shirt.

Together with the UCD Museum of Wildlife & Fish Biology and Campus Recreation Youth Programs we launched Bio Boot Camp in 2011, a camp for junior high aged students who are interested in the natural sciences. There is limited enrollment and so we ask that the students themselves be part of the enrollment process.

We offer comprehensive instruction in both Gi and No-Gi BJJ, focusing on the core principles and techniques essential for self-defense and competitive sports. Since 1971, Camp Putah has been providing an outdoor education experience of a lifetime! Each day, campers bike to a campsite located west of the UC Davis campus on Putah Creek. There, campers partake in activities such as archery, canoeing, hiking, tie-dye, crafts and nature education.

High school students in the Marine and Coastal Science Pre-College Program at UC Davis get to fully immerse themselves in coastal science and research for two weeks while living and studying at the Bodega Marine Laboratory and Reserve.

Stambusky Studios was established in 2014 with a philosophy that dance should be fun and available to everyone. We have dance teams that are organized by age group and attend dance competitions throughout the year and we also offer regular dance classes and summer camps.

DART Swimming is a swim team with locations in Davis, Natomas, and Solano, that provides learn to swim, recreational, competitive and fitness swimming. Our team is ranked nationally, state-wide, and locally in the Sierra Nevada LSC as being one of the very best!
