All necessary safety equipment is provided, and if a child wishes to bring personal equipment, parents are asked to reach out directly to discuss. Kids are expected to wear athletic clothing, including closed-toe shoes (no crocs) and temperature-appropriate wear. Water is provided at all times, participants are encouraged to bring their own water, and lunch is not provided, so each athlete should bring a packed lunch. Essential nutrition will be on hand to prevent emergencies and support healthy engagement.
The camps are led by USA Fencing certified coaches, with expert instruction under the guidance of a Head Coach who has produced Olympians and scholarship athletes since 1999. Spots are limited for summer camp. The Summer 2026 cancellation policy offers a full refund or reschedule if cancelled 14 days or more before the start date, and a 50% refund or reschedule if cancelled less than 7 days before the start date, subject to availability. An illness exception may allow refund or rescheduling with a doctor’s note, depending on timing and availability.
