Davis Parent Nursery School offers a play-based program where children and caregivers can join specific activities such as Tummy Time for children up to 18 months and a Playgroup for children who are at least 15 months. The program includes a variety of options to suit different family needs, including child and caregiver programs like Tummy Time and Playgroup.

Davis Parent Nursery School (DPNS) has been a vibrant co-op preschool in the Davis community for more than 75 years and was founded in 1949. The program is play-based and allows children to grow intellectually, socially and emotionally through first-hand experiences. DPNS is a non-profit, parent-participation cooperative nursery school where parents participate alongside professional teaching staff to support the day-to-day activities of the school. Founded in 1949, it has a long history of enriching families in the community of Davis, California, and operates in partnership with DJUSD Adult School.
