Kids Camps at The Chocolate Bar Davis is part of a broader program that also offers teen classes in advanced chocolate artistry and technique, adult chocolate-making classes and tasting experiences, and interactive chocolate art classes for beginners and chocolate enthusiasts. The program is led by Scott Dardenelle, a former teacher, full-time parent, and chocolatier who founded Epic Chocolates in 2015 and The Chocolate Bar Davis in 2025. Scott honed his artistry under the guidance of chocolatier Chef Louis Amado in 2023. The mission of The Chocolate Bar Davis states that chocolate has the power to bring people together, inspire creativity, and spark curiosity. On Saturday mornings, Scott can be found at the Davis Farmers Market sharing his creations and connecting with neighbors.
