Rodness' Martial Arts Center

Rodness' Martial Arts Center offers Kids Martial Arts, Adult Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing/Muay Thai Boxing, MMA For The Street, Tae Kwon Do, and self-defense classes. The program has beginner classes enrolling right now and runs a Summer Special 2026 offer that includes six weeks of training for a set fee and a Taekwondo uniform for new students. The facility includes a clean, open-space layout with a mat training area, full-length mirrors, high-quality equipment, changing rooms, and seating for parents and spectators.

Rodness' Martial Arts Center has been teaching traditional martial arts for the modern world since 1993 and has provided professional martial arts instruction to the Davis, Woodland, and West Sacramento communities since that time. Steve Rodness opened Rodness Martial Arts Center. The center is a Nova Uniao Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Certified Academy in 2024 and was a Readers' Choice Awards 2023 Best of Yolo County martial arts award winner and finalist. The mission of the program is to offer fun, educational, and interactive martial arts classes for kids, teens, and adults regardless of age and experience, to welcome every individual in the school, and to focus on self-confidence, community, and respect.
