Davis Legacy Soccer Club’s mission is to provide the highest levels of quality soccer training for players and enhance their social, emotional and physical health, in a positive and safe environment. Coaches at the club hold USSF or UEFA A or B Licenses. The club is a Players First-licensed club and serves more than 1,000 people each year in competitive, recreational, adult, and camp programming. Over 120 players from the club have committed to play collegiate soccer over the last 5 years. The Legacy Rec Program aims to address gender imbalance in youth athletics coaching. Davis Legacy participates in USL League Two, and Davis Legacy and California Storm have joined forces to reshape women’s soccer in Northern California. For the first time in nearly 50 years, co-founder and former Executive Director Ashley Yudin is involved as a grandparent and mentor rather than as a coach. Team Davis, a local organization, and Davis Legacy Soccer Club work together on a soccer program for the community.

Testimonials associated with the club include: “I am more concerned if we don’t play good soccer than if we don’t win.” – Guillermo Amor, FC Barcelona Sporting Director; “Children have gone from the playpark to the playstation.” – Professor Vincenzo Vergine ACF Fiorentina; and “No victory is worth a grey cloud hanging over it.” – Gordon Young, Motherwell FC Academy Director.
